This program offers benefits to people who are unable to work due to health or pregnancy/childbirth, and who have not had recent employment and/or are receiving Unemployment Insurance. To be eligible for Disability During Unemployment, employees cannot have worked more than 14 days after their last day of covered employment in NJ.
