During the virtual consultation:
- We will review the information you provide regarding your immigration status.
- We will evaluate possible options available under United States immigration laws
- We will offer initial guidance on the steps you might consider.
- You will have the opportunity to ask questions about your specific situation.
The consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and is focused on evaluating the case of a single person.

At the end of the consultation, if it is determined that you may be eligible for an immigration benefit, you will be informed about the options available to proceed through a formal, independent services agreement.
