We can help you find the mental health resources you need

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also determines how we deal with stress, relate to others, and make decisions. Helplines provide support to those who call for help. By allowing people to talk about their feelings, helplines can help prevent a mental health crisis.
