IACO Immigration & American Citizenship Organization Membership Terms and Conditions
By registering my membership with IACO Immigration & American Citizenship Organization, Inc. I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I am willing to make a contribution of $85.00 for one year of membership.
- I agree with the mission of IACO (Mission).
- I am willing to respect and comply with the laws of the United States of America.
- I am aware that membership is individual and non-transferable.
- The contribution is a donation to promote the different projects and programs (programs) that IACO develops for the community in general.
- I understand that, as a member, I acquire the right to benefit from the Programs and Services that IACO offers only for the duration of my Membership card.
- As a member, you can access a variety of services—some completely free, others for a fee—and enjoy exclusive discounts on IACO services. I understand that this contribution may be tax-deductible, as IACO is a nonprofit organization under IRS 501(c)(3) status.

Terms and Conditions for the Virtual Consultation with IACO Immigration & American Citizenship Organization
Booking a virtual consultation is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Payment and Scheduling of the Virtual Consultation:
The fee for this evaluation is $ 75 USD. Payment will be considered fully accrued (non-refundable) Once you have submitted the online request form, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to coordinate your appointment date and time. Virtual consultations are scheduled exclusively during our office hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
Saturdays: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm EST
We will do our best to offer you a time that suits your availability, always within the indicated hours. Your appointment scheduling will depend on the availability of certified staff at the time of your request. - Scope of Service:
La virtual consultation It is a single session lasting approximately 30 minutes to assess your eligibility for U.S. citizenship. This service is informational in nature and limited in scope. It does not constitute legal representation or legal advice from a lawyer.
The consultation begins at the time of the virtual connection and concludes at the end of the session. During the session, a trained member of our team will review the information provided, discuss your current immigration status, and offer initial guidance based on the data available at the time of the assessment. At the end of your consultation, if it is determined that you could benefit from additional services, you will be presented with the option to continue through a formal services agreement, which is completely independent of this consultation. No application, official form, or formality will be prepared or submitted during the consultation.
The consultation is limited to the evaluation of the case of a single individualIf other people (e.g., family members) require guidance, they should schedule their own appointments. - Important information
- IACO provides consultation and representation only in matters of United States federal immigration laws, not in state laws or other areas of law. Because immigration law is a federal matter, we can assist you regardless of your state or whether you reside abroad.
- This consultation is of a general informational nature and does not guarantee specific results nor the obtaining of any immigration benefit.
- We do not offer ongoing legal representation.IACO will not assume legal representation unless you and the organization sign a formal written agreement for the provision of additional services. Any subsequent legal representation services will require a separate agreement.
- Termination of the Professional Relationship: The professional relationship between you and IACO will end at the end of the virtual consultation for the delivery of results, unless both parties sign a formal written agreement for the provision of additional services. Any subsequent legal representation services will require a separate agreement.
- Subscription:
By providing us with your phone and email information, we receive your permission to contact you electronically via text message and/or email with information related to your inquiry, as well as news, updates, and alerts related to immigration issues. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment with less notice, you must contact us directly through our customer service line at (973) 472-4648, or our general email address (info@iacoimmigration.org). Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be subject to rescheduling at our discretion. - rescheduling:
You can reschedule your appointment online up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If you wish to reschedule with less notice, you must contact us directly through our support line at (973) 472-4648, or our general email address (info@iacoimmigration.org). Rescheduling made with less than 12 hours' notice will be subject to rescheduling at our discretion. - Use of Technologies and Platforms:
The virtual consultation will be conducted using third-party platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Citrix ShareFile. You acknowledge that these platforms are not under the control of IACO and may experience interruptions, technical failures, or limitations beyond our control. IACO assumes no responsibility for the availability, operation, privacy, or security of these platforms, although we will do our best to facilitate their proper use. In the event of serious technical difficulties, we reserve the right to reschedule the session. - Confidentiality and Information Security:
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our information privacy policy (here) and applicable laws. However, when using electronic means to communicate and share files, there is an inherent risk of unauthorized access or data breaches. You acknowledge these risks and agree to use them at your own discretion.
Documents provided prior to the consultation will be requested via secure email through Citrix ShareFile and will only be reviewed by certified personnel for consultation purposes. - Limitation of Liability for Technical Failures:
IACO will not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from internet service failures, power outages, crashes of the platforms used, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. - Customer Obligations:
The client agrees to:- Have a stable Internet connection and a device compatible with the platforms used.
- Follow the instructions provided by IACO staff for the correct completion of the virtual consultation.
- Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information about your immigration status, as well as the documents previously requested for the preliminary review.
The client acknowledges that the quality and accuracy of the guidance provided during the consultation will depend on the truthfulness and completeness of the information provided.
- Technical support:
We don't offer technical support for installing Microsoft Teams software on your device, but we do offer various tutorials on how to connect with us. - Acceptance of Terms:
By scheduling and/or participating in a virtual consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and any dispute relating to these terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of that state. - Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and your use of the service will be deemed your agreement to the changes.
