Hispanic workers, despite having a high participation in the labor market, face significant obstacles to accessing better economic opportunities, which keeps them among the lowest-paid demographic groups in the state of New Jersey.
To address this situation, our program aims to provide holistic support.
Our services include:
Legal Evaluation
Eligibility consultations to evaluate immigration options and the possibility of obtaining work authorization in the United States.
Assessment of skills and improvement of employability
Assessment of vocational skills, curriculum development (resume), and awareness of labor rights in New Jersey.
Education and Training for Job Search
Civic classes, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, online navigation workshops for job search, and workshops on how to start a business.
