Through its four programs, IACO provides legal advice in immigration and tax obligations, represents its members before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), gives seminars and conferences, and participates in community and civic campaigns, while creating and developing projects that facilitate the integration of immigrants into society.

Immigration and Citizenship Program

This program was created to advice, assist and represent
the immigrants in their immigration procedures before
the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS), and related agencies and departments. Through
this program, IACO helps American citizens and legal permanent residents in the process of family reunification.
The program further seeks to guide these immigrants in
their processes to legal residency and naturalization.
Immigrant Integration Program

The main purpose of this program is to bring awareness to the immigrant population in particular and to the whole population: governmental officials, non-profit organizations, consular delegations, and civil society about the importance of integrating the immigrants into the American Society. And also, help immigrants identify their responsibilities, obligations and rights in society so they can participate in the creation of a society more secure, stable and fair.
Education and Training Program

The program is designed to help individuals with little command of the English language and are in the process
of obtaining their American citizenship.
Services for Senior Citizens

Program focused on identifying and referring public services and programs through our website for people over 65 years
of age who speak Spanish as their primary language
Tax Program

Taxes are an important issue when opening an immigration case. That’s why IACO’s tax program is focused on guiding and assisting the community. Our program is authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to electronically prepare and submit tax returns.
If you need help with the ITIN application and the preparation of the tax form, come to our offices.
