Este avance de modernizaci\u00f3n ofrece una alternativa segura y conveniente a depender exclusivamente de la tarjeta f\u00edsica del SSN.<\/p><p>Gracias a esta nueva funci\u00f3n, los usuarios ahora pueden visualizar su SSN de forma segura en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s del portal <em>my Social Security<\/em>. Este servicio est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para ayudar a las personas que han olvidado su n\u00famero o extraviado su tarjeta f\u00edsica, permiti\u00e9ndoles mostrar su n\u00famero de manera segura cuando lo necesiten para fines que no est\u00e9n relacionados directamente con los beneficios del Seguro Social. Adem\u00e1s, el acceso estar\u00e1 disponible desde dispositivos m\u00f3viles, eliminando la necesidad de visitas en persona o de esperar la llegada de una tarjeta de reemplazo por correo.<\/p><p>Esta iniciativa refuerza el compromiso de la SSA de mejorar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios mientras protege la Informaci\u00f3n Personal Identificable (PII, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).
