Hispanic women workers, despite having a high participation rate in the labor market, face significant obstacles to accessing better economic opportunities, which keeps them among the lowest-paid demographic groups in the State of New Jersey.
To address this situation, our program aims to provide holistic support through the following services:
Legal Assessment
Eligibility consultations to assess immigration options and the possibility of obtaining work authorization in the United States.
Skills assessment and employability improvement
Vocational skills assessment, resume development, and awareness of New Jersey labor rights.
Education and Training for Job Search
Civics classes, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, workshops on online job search navigation, and workshops on how to start your own business.
