Telephone Wellness Checkup
Phone wellness checkups provide peace of mind. This program provides continuous monitoring, providing scheduled phone calls to individuals isolated in their homes to determine if they are safe and well. Other benefits of these wellness checks are social interaction and friendly conversation. All Meals-on-Wheels customers are called regularly to determine if they are safe and sound. Early detection of changes in a client's condition is referred to a social worker in the department
