H NEW JERSEY WILL BEGIN SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS FOR DRIVING LICENSES REGARDLESS OF IMMIGRATION STATUS ON MAY 1
“As of May 1, the process for obtaining a standard NJ driver's license will remain the same for all applicants - what will change are the documents you will be required to bring to an appointment to obtain an initial permit at a MVC License Center. " "All those seeking new licenses will be required to complete the state's Graduated Driver's License program and will receive a standard New Jersey driver's license or ID when requirements are met."

H DELAYS IN RECEIPT NOTIFICATIONS AND INTAK-RELATED PROBLEMS
This notice comes directly from AILA, American Immigration Lawyers Association. Currently, the following forms are dealing with many delays in issuing notices of receipt for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status; Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Foreign Workers; and Form I-765, Application for Employment, Authorization (EAD) filed with the USCIS safe.
