US citizens and legal permanent residents have the right to request a green card or green card for their family members.

Requirements:

  • The family member who is sponsored the visa (the US citizen or the legal permanent resident) must fill out the I-130 form.
  • Documents proving the family relationship must be presented.
  • A statement of financial support must be submitted.
