Information about the Virtual Consultation
What does the consultation include?
During the virtual consultation:
- An IACO Representative accredited by the Department of Justice (DOJ) will review the information you provide about your immigration status.
- Possible options available under United States federal immigration laws will be evaluated.
- Initial guidance will be offered on the steps you might consider.
- You will have the opportunity to ask questions about your specific situation.
The consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and is focused on evaluating the case of a single person.

Consultation hours
Virtual consultations are scheduled during our office hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST)
Saturdays: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm (EST)
Scheduling your appointment will depend on staff availability at the time of your request.
How to prepare for the consultation?
To get the most out of your virtual consultation, we recommend:
- Have information available about your immigration history
- Prepare a list of questions you wish to discuss
- Have acces to relevant documents related to their immigration status
- Having a device with a stable internet connection
In some cases, our team may request documents beforehand for a preliminary review.
What is the cost?
The consultation costs $ 75 USD, non-refundable.
Steps to schedule your appointment
Step 2:
Complete the $75 USD payment via Stripe to confirm your consultation request.
Step 3:
Once you have completed the form, our team will review your information and contact you.
Step 4:
You will receive an email with the payment confirmation and registration of your virtual consultation.
Step 5:
We will coordinate a virtual consultation with authorized personnel from IACO's Legal Department.
Step 6:
During the consultation you will receive eligibility analysis, alerts, recommendations and next steps for your case.
