Terms and Conditions of the Virtual Consultation Service - Naturalization

This virtual consultation is designed to assess your eligibility for naturalization in the United States.

Scope of service

  • Includes only the evaluation of eligibility for naturalization; Does not create an attorney-client relationship.
  • No does not cover the preparation, filling or presentation of the Form N-400 or other immigration procedures.
  • If after the consultation you would like legal representation, a new service to fees and contract apart.

Process

  1. Read these Terms and Conditions.
  2. perform the payment of $75 through Stripe.
  3. receive your email confirmation.
  4. IACO will review your self appraisal and, if necessary, will request additional information.
  5. Your will be scheduled Virtual Consultation (approx. 30 minutes) with authorized personnel.
  6. During the session you will receive a eligibility analysis, recommendations y next steps.

Terms and conditions

  • The $75 USD payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • The information you provide will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of IACO.
  • The query does not create an attorney-client relationship.
  • IACO is not responsible for errors or omissions in the data provided.
  • The immigration laws may change; recommendations are based on information current at the time of consultation.
