• $500 – TPS applications (no fee waiver allowed)
• $550 – Work Permits (EAD) under categories (c)(8), TPS, and (c)(11) (does not allow fee exemption)
  • $275 – Permit renewal (does not allow fee exemption)

These updated fees replace the previously established amounts for various immigration procedures and are applied as an additional charge to the general processing fee. Furthermore, some of these fees no longer allow exemptions, even for individuals with limited financial resources.
