Professional services: One-Stop Career Centers that were only open online during the pandemic are now offering in-person, personalized services through appointments. These centers can help you get started on your next career opportunity by providing information on career guidance, job openings, and training. New Jersey workers can now access more than 5000 free virtual trainings to improve their skills.

Temporary Disability Insurance and Family Leave: You can get help with your application for Temporary Disability Insurance, Family Leave, or Social Security Disability through the website MyLeaveBenefits.nj.gov. There you will find a list of helpful resources and contacts.
